Sources of organic fertilizer

1. Crop straw
The stalks of crops are good organic fertilizer materials, such as wheat, rice, and rape stalks. Their organic matter content is as high as 80%, but their nutrients are only 1%. When they are decomposed, they need to be collected first and crushed. It takes a long time to decompose, which takes more than 6 months. That’s because the pests and diseases in the straw are difficult to completely kill.
2. Animal manure
Although the amount of animal manure is very large, it is not easy to obtain and collect. Its organic matter content is only about 20% and its nutrient content is between 2%-3%. But it contains high salt and water content. Antibiotics can resist the decomposing of organic matter and the reproduction of biological bacteria. And the improper handling in manure will cause secondary pollution, so the cost of these materials is actually relatively high.

3. Biogas mud
The nutrients of biogas sludge mainly come from the added materials. For example, the nutrient content of biogas sludge added with corn, wheat and other materials is very high. And the organic matter has reached more than 50%, so it is a very good organic fertilizer raw material. However, the production of biogas slurry into organic fertilizer requires relatively high dehydration technology and the cost is relatively high.
4. Urban domestic garbage and sludge
Such materials are relatively easy to obtain, but there is a series of processes such as sorting, dehydration and sterilization. Generally speaking, they are relatively inexpensive organic fertilizer raw materials. However, this kind of material is prone to cause heavy metal pollution. Pay attention to the amount of use when using it. It is generally used for garden flowers and preferably not used on crops.
These raw materials must be fully fermented and decomposed before it can be made into organic fertilizer by the organic fertilizer production line.
