The organic fertilizer granulator newly developed by our company is a molding machine which combined the function of rotary drum and churning, and can make the materials into special shapes. Rotor drum granulation is known as granular wet typed pelleting. By adding a certain amount of water or vapor, the basal fertilizer materials have adequate chemical reaction in the cylinder after humidifying, and squeeze into balls under the help of rotary motion of the barrels. The combination of the above two granulating methods makes the conglomeration rate higher, the particle appearance more beautiful with less energy consumption. • Performance characteristics

1. High content in organic substances. The particle shape is globular. Organic content reaches to 100%, achieving purely organics granulation.
2. The granules have no sharp edges, so the powdery rate is extremely low.
3. High efficiency. It is easy to conform to mass production requirements.

• Working principle

This machine makes use of high-speed mechanic mixing power and the resultant aerodynamic force and helps the the finely powered material achieve mixing, granulating, balling and compacting, thus realizing the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical. The degree of sphericity is more than 0.7, and the particle diameter is between 0.3mm to 3mm, and the granulation rate is more than 90%. The diameter of the particle can be adjusted by the mixing volume of material’s water content and the rotating speed of the main shaft. Generally the lower the mixing volume is, the higher the rotating speed becomes, and the the diameter of the particle is smaller- and vice versa.
