1.Keep the work site clean. After testing every time, the leaves of granulation and the residual glue inside and outside should be completely removed. And the glue sand and flying objects scattered or splashed on the organic fertilizer equipment should be cleaned. The exposed surface of the machine should be wiped clean and covered with a corresponding protective cover to prevent the second intrusion of dust.
2.The gears, worm gears and external holes of refueling are lubricated with special butter. The upper and lower gear should be added with butter once every season. You can open the cover of the dynamic gear box and the transmission gear separately to refuel. The sliding surface between the supporting gear box and the hinge joint of the bracket should be frequently dripped with oil for lubrication. The worm gear box and bearings have been filled with transmission grease before leaving the factory, but the gearbox machine should be thoroughly cleaned and replace all the lubricant each year.
3.Always pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer granulator, there should be no serious abnormal noise and the sound of metal friction. If an abnormality is found, it should be stopped immediately and checked. It can be used after troubleshooting. If the corresponding inspection cannot be found, the machine cannot be started.
