The working principle of the organic fertilizer granulator:
With the force of high-speed rotating mechanical stirring and the force of aerodynamic, the fine powder material can be continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized and densed in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The shape is spherical. Its sphericity is ≥0.7. The size is about 3 mm and the rate of granulation is ≥90%. The diameter of particle can be appropriately adjusted by the amount of the mixed material and the speed of spindle. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the speed of rotation the higher, the smaller the particles are. This machine is especially suitable for the granulation of light and fine powdery materials. The finer the basic particles of the fine powder material is, the higher the sphericity of the particles and the better the quality of ball are. Typical application materials are chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, charcoal, clay, kaolin and so on.
