• Introduction

The BB fertilizer production line uses chicken manure & pig manure as principle raw materials. It needs to add certain nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate, etc.  After a certain time of fermentation, the rice bran, yeast, bean pulp and saccharide are used as biological bacterium. Then the materials are made into biological fertilizer after the process of mixing and fermentation under the role of sulfuric acid.
The production capacity should be 1～10t/h for single production line. If it is too small, it can achieve economical scale. If it is too large, it will brings difficulty in transportation and storage of materials and finished product.

• Production flow

First make the organic compound fermented and decomposed. Second mix them after adding nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements. Again screen the materials after thoroughly mixing in the mixer. Then send the particles into finished product bin. Finally packing and storage. The finished organic fertilizer has a brown or gray brown powdery appearance, without mechanical impurities and odors.
