How to use the double roller press granulator correctly?

And the process is simple. The qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse through the conveyor. The powdery material under the sieve is sent back to the raw material bin for secondary rolling through the conveyor, and the extrusion force can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the needs of the granulation operation. So how to use the roller granulator correctly?
1. Before starting, first heat up for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor V-belt by hand until it is free, and pull it continuously for eight to ten times according to the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, and continue to heat, because normal production needs to continue to supplement heat.
2. When the granulator is working normally, the temperature of the machine should be kept stable, and it should not be high or low. Near the air vent, the temperature of the machine head should be maintained at about 200°C.

3. The feeding should be uniform and add enough. The feeding speed of the machine and the feeding speed should be matched properly. Otherwise, the quality and yield of pellets will be affected.
