Characteristics of rotary drum churning granulator

Characteristics of disc granulator
The disc granulator is relatively cheap and it has a high rate of ball formation. It is an ideal equipment for manufacturers of organic fertilizer equipment. The granulation disc has three outlets, which is convenient for intermittent operation and greatly reduces labor intensity. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, which starts smoothly and reduces the impact force. The chassis of disc granulator is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates, which is strong and durable and is not easy to deform. The heavy and thickened sturdy base design does not require anchor bolts to fix, and the operation is stable.
