How to Maintain The Equipment in The Rainy Season?
Prevent iron pieces from rust. Most parts of organic fertilizer equipment are made of iron, once the machine can’t be maintained well, the iron parts is prone to rust, thus shortening service life. Therefore, when the equipment is not in use, the iron parts should be disassembled, painted with anti-rust paint, and stored in a dry and ventilated place.
Prevent rubber parts from aging. If the rubber parts of organic fertilizer equipment are affected by damp or oil, which can easily cause cracks and shorten the service life. Therefore, the rubber parts should avoid contacting with the harmful substances.
Protect the motor from damp. If the motor will be not used for a long time, then it should be placed in the ventilated, dry, clean warehouse; if the motor is placed where it is easily wet by rain, it will become damp and its insulation will deteriorate.
